Two entry points, the same contract

  • • Invalid input stops before a call. Desktop Run requires its unchanged preview. CLI run prints a plan until --execute; network execution requires permission.

A plan is a ceiling, not a bill

  • • Maximum calls count configured provider candidates and possible pairwise judgments. The shared call limit is enforced during execution.
